The Brief

We were tasked with refreshing and designing a new collection of covers and name guides for Which? members, ensuring they align with the brand’s trusted voice and expert guidance.

The Which? website is a vital resource for consumers, providing independent reviews, product comparisons, and expert advice across a wide range of categories—from home appliances and technology to financial services and healthcare. Our redesign aimed to enhance the visual appeal of Which?’s communication materials, making them more engaging and easy to navigate. The new covers were crafted to reflect the brand’s core values of trust, reliability, and expertise while the name guides were designed to be clear and user-friendly, aligning with the informative tone members have come to expect.
